About the event

Join Us for a Day of Conservation & Outdoor Ethics at the Izaak Walton League! 


The Izaak Walton League is excited to host the Pathway-to-Adventure-Council Scouts and Leaders workshop on Outdoor Ethics and the Outdoor Ethics Guide Position. Included in this workshop will be an introduction to the Distinguished Conservation Service Award.


🌟 What’s on the Agenda? 🌟


During this 4-hour workshop Scouts BSA and Scout Leaders will learn about:


  • The Outdoor Code and Outdoor Ethics

  • Leave No Trace, TREAD Lightly! and The Land Ethic / Stewardship support the Outdoor Code
