In celebration of Hispanic Heritage Month please join us for a magical evening in the forest and enjoy a mouth-watering meal presented by Chef Jose of the Sunrise Grill with Guest Chef Marcos of the Que Bola Cuban Cafe (coming soon to Des Plaines).
THEME: TASTE OF HAVANA w/ Cuban Music
First Course: Assorted Plantains (Tostones, Maderos Fritos, Mariquitas).
Second Course: Sample platter of appetizers - Avocado Salad with dipping sauces (salsas de ajo, mayo ketchup, jalapeno aioli, and chimichurri).
Third Course: Taste of Cuba - Shredded Beef (Ropa Vieja), Roast Pork (Lechon Asado), Grilled Salmon (Salmon Caribeno)w/Puerto Rican Rice w/Pigeon Peas (Arroz con gandules).
Fourth Course: Dessert (Postre) - Cuban Cheese Dessert ( Pastelito de Guayaba y Queso w/Cafe Con Leche).
