A REVERENCE FOR NATURE

The Des Plaines Chapter of the Izaak Walton League is proud to welcome the Mongol Tenger Shamans Association (MTSA).

Mongolian shamanism is an all-encompassing system of belief that includes medicine, religion, reverence of nature, and ancestors.

Shamanism is considered to be the most ancient form of belief known to humankind, originating from human's desire to be in the good graces of nature.

Shamanism teaches how interconnected we are with nature and how we can live in harmony with nature.

“Shamanism lets you clearly see how interconnected we are with Nature, and how we can live in harmony with Nature.” ~ Naren
