A Joyful Weekend of Drumming and Connection

This past weekend, IWLA resonated with the vibrant beats of our Community Drum Circle, drawing a fantastic turnout of members, neighbors, families, and friends. Laughter, rhythm, and unity filled the air as participants of all ages came together to create music, celebrate community, and enjoy the outdoors.

Adding to the excitement, we proudly congratulate the graduates of the Village Music Circles Basic Facilitators Training, led by John Yost's Rhythm Revolution, who completed their immersive three-day workshop. These new facilitators are now equipped to lead their own drum circles, spreading the joy of rhythm and fostering connections in their communities.

These events embody the Izaak Walton League's mission to conserve, restore, and promote the sustainable use and enjoyment of our natural resources. By bringing people together through music and nature, we strengthen our community and deepen our commitment to environmental stewardship.
