It’s getting to be a busy time, so here are a few items to go ahead and mark on your calendar:
Saturday, 10/28, 4 - 7 pm: Ikes’ Halloween Bonfire Bash. Free and open to the public. We’ll have a flashlight hike, bonfire, raffle, games and refreshments.
Thursday, 11/16, doors open at 6 pm: Ikes’ Annual Turkey Party. Tickets are $8 and include a tasty pork sandwich as well as admission. To be sure of a spot you can get your tickets online at iwla-desplaines.org or from a member. Enjoy good company and you may go home with a Thanksgiving turkey.
